REMEMBER BREATHING TECHNIQUE

Back shoulder :42.5 kg . 3 sets . 7-6-4 reps. 3.5 min interval

Biceps: 20 kg   3 sets 6-4-3

triceps  20 kg done properly first time (7-5-4)

Shoulders front 15 kg.  Didn't do
lateral: 15 first set then 13.75 kg 5-6-5
