Bicepts : 20 kg 5-5-4

Bench press : 40 kg 6-6-5

Deadlift : started 40 kg. On third set moved  to 50 kg. Fail only on third set at 6 reps.
Next time start with at least 55 and take it from there.

Shoulders lateral: set 1 15 kg.  Then 2 sets 13.75.
