# Note @ Bet Shemesh


On Thursday afternoon , Aug 20 , I went off diet unplanned (resulted from making French fries) .

"Cycling" continued until  now (about 60 hours)  resulting in 2kg gain.

Going back on low carb.  Hopefully for at least a week.
