# Diet plan purim to pesach 2023


Starting today purim:  7 march 23

1. Low carb
2. less than 70 grams  on none weight days
3. Less than 100 gram on weightlifting days
4. Do not test blood sugar.  It swarts me off low carbs. 
5. Alcohol? For sleep?
