# Yoav leg infection


Today Yoav showed Ronit he got an infection in his leg at the site where he got hurt in the pool Sunday night in masuot yizchak.
They went to Macabi in givatayim but they were just closing. We decided to go on the family even in Ashdod, and take care of it later. When I arrived and saw it, it was clear to me it was serious.
When we arrived home I insisted on taking him to TEREM, although Ronit was very against saying it was no big deal and we could wait till tomorrow. I took him to TEREM, where there was no line at all. The doctor concluded immediately that it was cellulitis infection, and ordered an immidate antibiotic treatment of IV Cefamezin to be repeated every 8 hours.
We had the IV connected. Yoav was very brave. And we were done by 23:00.
